RO DBT is a transdiagnostic treatment which focuses upon overcontrol. This is characterised by excessive inhibitory control and can be associated with depression, anorexia nervosa, obsessive compulsive disorder and loneliness.
Radical openness, as a way of living, considers three aspects to emotional well-being;
RO DBT is delivered through weekly individual therapy sessions and skills classes. I offer the individual sessions and skills class as a package, or the option of joining the weekly skills class. There are 30 lessons covered in the skills classes and these are online and take place on a Thursday evening (1hr 45 minutes duration). These are delivered by myself and a RO trained co-facilitator.

The in person individual sessions are based in Sheffield and utilise designated therapy rooms (sheffieldwellnesscentre.co.uk).
